Bus & Train Fares to increase (without SUBE card)

From Monday, bus and train fares (not the Subte) basically double, if you are not using a SUBE card (see link below). Apologies its in Spanish, but in any case gives a pretty clear example of a fare before (antes) and now (ahora).

I rarely travel into BA but I'd like to just wave it when I do.

Do you just pop by a shop with your DNI and get one?

You can get it with your passport.
