hello! im looking on mercado libre to buy a bike but realized its a better idea to go into a bike shop to see options in person before making a purchase online.

can anyone recommend a good bike shop? im looking for a womens mountain bike street bike hybrid. i live in Recoleta but can go wherever if theres a particulary good spot to look.

thanks for any help!

Kira

I recommend the Vairo Metro - not really mountain but a good hybrid for the city - I got mine at Canaglia in Gelly & Cavia.

You could also try Nodari. www.nodari.com.ar One thing to bear in mind is that even native brand bikes have imoirted parts so if you see something you like pounce. Personally I would not buy anything I would have to order as waitingtime for imports can be long. Edit: A lot of bike shops advertise on mercadolibre. With a bit of detective work you can guess who they are and approach them directly.

There is a bike shop on Scalabrini Ortiz, I think around 1800. I found them to be pretty good and knowledgeable
