How do I begin the buying process in BA? I know what i am doing here in North America..but in BA..not sure.

Without an MLS system, how do agents find property for clients?

Do foreigners pay capital gains on property sold? Is it a good idea to register a corporation and buy under that company...will taxes be lower?

How do you get a CDI number?

How do you locate an escribiano? Do you need a lawyer and an escribiano?
