The coffee story keeps getting better. Stopping into Tonico this afternoon and looking over their section of roasted coffees and wines, came across their line of coffees called Puerto Blest with 4 top choices bean origins. The bar manager told me Puerto Blest is importing their own green beans and roasting them, roasting to order, and sold in various quantities. Puerto Blest is also located in Palermo Viejo on Thames and not far from Padre Coffee Roasting. Puerto Blest is at Thames 1085, between Castillo and Jufre. Hours 10 to 18 hrs, Monday - Friday. So, another visit to Palermo Viejo coming soon.
