Cake Supply Shops?

I'll be moving to BA in two weeks for a 2 year contract and I have a at home custom cake buisness that I do. Is there a good place to find baking supplies. Things like ready made fondant or cake tools, food coloring ect.

This is the premier cake and baking supply shop in the city. It's called "Doña Clara". Av. Corrientes 2561 between Larrea & Paso. http://www.donaclara.com.ar/ it's a small shop but packed with people and great merchandise. You can also find cake decorating supplies at any store that's called "Cotillon" things like sprinkles, cake toppers, candles, etc along with party supplies and costumes. Right outside of Capital Federal, headed towards Zona Norte in San Martin, there is Casa Alberto, http://www.cotilloncasaalberto.com.ar/ the biggest wholesaler of these kinds of goods. They actualy sell to many of the smaller "Cotillon" shops in the city. It's fun to go there and it's hard to leave with out a few bags of goodies.
