Calling An Argentine Cell From Skype Out

Does anyone know the code trick for calling an Argie cell from SKYPE Out while you are in the States and the cell owner is in BA?

Dont know what Skype Out is but I have called using skype by dialing +54911 then the cell number.The 9 has to be in there when calling a cell in Argentina.

Yep! 011 54 911 and then the number (no 15, the 9 is what indicated a cell when calling from abroad. No idea why...)

+54911 (Pus cell number without 15) is an international address valid in Skype from wherever you are in the world to call Cell phones in Buenos Aires, Argentina. One is not using the Phone Co international access (011)

Why? if you omit the 9 you would call a landline in Buenos Aires ´(+54 11) if calling a different locality. must replace the 11 by a different area Code

Very good link IF you are calling from a land or Cell phone in the USA to Argentina ....! if using Skype from Anywhere use +54...!
the international access can be different in different countries...!
