Calling from Europe with a local number

Google Voice. It is free to call any US number. I’ve had weeks at a time that required 2-4 hr long daily phone calls. That was when I was tethered to the computer more. These days I have no problems to send and receive US calls with my cell phone (on WiFi), and still some headset computer calls.
