Camping Gaz refill

I have some blue Camping Gaz bottles for my camp stove. These bottles are very common in Europe. I need to get them refilled. They hold butane or a butane/propane blend, but never straight propane. here is a photo of the bottle.
Does anyone know where i can do this? Is it possible? Do i need an adapter of some kind?

well, I have found out that the most common type of LPG available is in fact butane, so that makes my CampingGaz issue partly solved. At least the fuel type is the same. In north america, butane refills are near impossible as propane is the fuel of choice.
So now i just have to determine if i have the correct fittings on my tanks.
