Camping on the Delta islands in Tigre?

We have a dream of camping on a small island on the Parana delta, just a group of friends a few fishing poles and a few days to unwind and swim. Does anyone know of a good campground (private and uncrowded. Not car camping style with hundreds of people camping on a lawn), or of a way to make this happen? Can we just rent a boat and go find a nice spot somewhere or is all the land privately owned? Any tips or suggestions would help, thanks!

I don't know any good place for camping...but DO NOT forget the mozzies repellent

While a decent camping space might be hard to find, the delta is FULL of cabañas for rent. Search for it online and you'll find a million resources. Here's one: http://www.viatigre.com.ar/tigre/delta/alojamientos/

At least with a cabaña you can flee the mosquitos if need be.
