Carne Picada De Pollo (I Think)

I have fallen out with avicar and found a new a friend in my local butcher. Not sure how it was previously but for me service has got to the point where it is a pain to go in and listen to the whining about change, whereas my local butcher (well, butchers..i get about a bit) look at me funny when i apologise for not having the change, they're happy to get whatever. Also, they run out of their best cuts daily and can tell you what's fresh and at what time tomorrow they'll have new stuff coming in.

I have to say the same, I used to like Avicar, but now favor going with the butcher "del barrio" -- service is better, they are more willing to help out

Most turkeys here are grown in Cordoba, and yes you can get them here if you ask your carnicera. He can also de bone and grind it for you if he likes you.

El Tejano (http://www.eltejanoba.com.ar) caters turkey, for what that's worth.

Avicar is way too expensive, I stay clear from the place.

In Belgrano, in the farmers market la Grange. His turkeys are free range from Cordoba. Order what you want and they will deliver to your house. {these are not the nasty things from Brazil that are loaded with salt]

What do you know about this food fair?
