Good to know this.
On the oja informativa/guia basica para ciudadanos that I received today from Secretaria it is stated that corresponding foreign criminal check from native country remains valid for as long as interesado has not re-entered his/her country of origin.

An hoja is not the law .
I complained a coupke of times and I made a criminal complaint because of this brochure because whoever who did this was playing to be the judge.
All the judges has different opinion about what the requirements and the procedure is. This is not 2 plus 2: 4.
