Some years ago I wired myself cash via western union and had trouble getting the cash. The first problem was that the offices didn't have enough cash on hand. I ended up going to three offices before finally getting it all counted out, rather loudly, in a packed office in Once. Any thoughts on WU wires in the 10-20,000 ARS range? Any offices in capital that might count that out a bit more discreetly? I'm unable to make a transfer to an Argentine bank account. Thanks in advance.
