Cell Phone Top Up - Please help!

I recently set up with PAYG on the Personal network and got a 30 pesos card and charged it up.

What I'd like to know is:

1) does anyone know how I can check how much money I have left on the card? Can you do this via text or online?

2) How much approx does it cost to send a text to US or UK phone?

I dont think you can, i have not been able to txt anyone outside of argentina.. I have tried AU, NZ, CDN, Switzerland and Belgium.. Unless this has changed in the last 9 months, as i havent tried since then..

I've always been able to text US numbers just fine. Both from a movistar pepaid and a personal contract phone.

Davonz - when you dial 151, do you know which options I have to hit? The automated woman speaks at like 400mph and my spanish is still in it's infancy.

Do I need to enter the pin number from the pre-pay card?

I searched the website of personal. It says the txt msgs to foreign countries cost ARS 0.60.
