I have had Movistar and now Claro. My experience with Movistar was pretty bad, I would not recommend it. But with Claro I have had little to no problems and I pay 200 pesos per month.

I think you really cant win
it's the same with internet providers at a fixed address
sad to say, one just ends up saying well it is what it is! like almost everything here(and many other places, too!)
