Child Allowance System In Buenos Aires?

Anybody knows about Child Allowance System in Buenos Aires?
My family has just gotten permanent visa (DNI) recently.

In my country, all children can get child allowance ( up to end of elementary).
How's child allowance system here in buenos aires???
How to apply???

Please give me some advise.

Congratulations on getting permanent residency in Argentina.

If such an allowance exists, it would be for all children in Argentina, not just Buenos Aires.

There is the asignación universal por hijo. Is that what you mean? I believe it's only for the needy.

AUH is available accross the country for children under 18 whose parents are unemployed and are not currently receiving any other form of government help. In order to get it you must go to ANSES and claim it. Both parents and children must have CUIL/CUIT. Children have to be Argentine citizens.
