S&P raised the Chilean rating to AA- the only country in LATAM with this rating, in the same ranking with JAPAN, New Zealand and Taiwan...!! Above Brasil and Mexico. Way above Argentinas B- rating, placing Argentina in the group with Jamaica, Pakistan and Belarus..!

If S & P didn't rate correctly the USA lendig institutions in 2007 , then S & P can't be trusted ever again? . To raise Chile's rating or lower Argentina's rating?? or Fitch, Moody's or any other rating institution The absolute chaos....!!
