I never used to have problems paying online but now they say my card is invalid and that I need to input DNI number. My card is indeed valid, I use it often so not sure what's happening. What's the solution?

Same here, couldn't recarga, so went for another eSIM provider instead.

.. you can pay prepaid cell service in most kioskos or large supermarkets cashier. Tell them your provider and phone number, and hand them peso en efectivo bills.

Also you can top up your balance at PagoFacil offices with cash, or you could ask someone to add money to your account for you.

Turns out I can top up at a kiosko! So I did. Phew.
