Is anyone else signed up for factura electronicas only to receive the bill by email some months, but not other months?

Just wondering if it's just a screw up with my account or what..
 
I am signed up for automatic bill pay with movistar. I still get the physical bill in the mail, sometimes, and I dont really pay attention to the emails they send. I do know they take out the same amount every month and have never messed that up in 2 years...
