Hi there everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations of a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist here in BA. I know that Freudian psychoanalysis dominates Argentina and most Latin America unfortunately and its really not the kind of approach i am looking for in therapy. The person doesn't have to be billingual, if they at least understand English that would be a plus but not necessary.
If anyone has any suggestions or experiences that they would share with me that would be great.
