I applied for that job; they told me that my CV looked great and asked when I was free to interview on Skype, and after that I never heard from them again! Super flakey.

They were waiting for you to follow up. To show you were a "go-getter". This isn't your father's job market.

Um yeah I followed up within the hour; then again that afternoon (they had asked if I could skype that afternoon so I was waiting to see if it was going to happen) then again the following week to ask if they were still interested in interviewing me. Then I had to drop it. Of course I'm a 'go-getter', Joe! Would you have done things differently?
