Unintended consequences?

Interesting... that would make loan repayments cheaper for debtor countries (like here), and it would take some of the heat out of the China - USA dispute. 2021 could be an improvement on 2020.

LONDON.- AstraZeneca reported today in a statement that the vaccine (AZD1222) that it is developing with the University of Oxford demonstrated 70% efficacy against the coronavirus. The big question is how long immunity might last. In this regard, scientists who are testing the efficacy of the vaccine said they cannot be sure whether the virus will mutate in such a way that it is necessary to repeat the vaccination every year, but that at the moment it seems unlikely....

The AstraZeneca vaccine "would be approved before Christmas"....affirmed the investigator of the University of Oxford, Adrian Hill, and assured that the vaccine would be available by January....Argentina made sure to have 22.4 million dose for the month of March....
