This business of customers not returning for their goods is more common than most people think.
I fix PCs and laptops in the Olivos area and this has happened to me on numerous occasions, in spite of phone calls, texts, emails and so on. I have no idea why someone wouldn't come back for their machine, but believe me, it happens.
