There are other options but those are the most simplistic for US-ARG travel.

The answer is simple. Either borrow money from your friends or forget about going.
Any one of them who trusts you can pay for your ticket on line and you can repay them later...if not in person at the wedding by paypal when you have the dough.

I've never heard (or read) an expression like this and what possibly made you think you could get one (credit card) here?
If you have one and forgot to bring it you could still use it to buy your ticket on line if your know the thee digit security number that appears on the back of the card.

I have an american account I share with my brother and my dad. Can´t use it (even though my money is in there) because my bro will find out and get offended im going to the states without him.
And what made me figure I could get credit here, is because I´m a citizen here, and if I worked in blanco I could get a card here. I was just looking to see if anyone knew any borrowing systems, that´s it. wasn´t asking anyone for money here.

braytrain, you will get no credit here is you are en negro. Get a second job ( bartending or similar ) to get quick cash. If you have anything valuable ( notebook, etc ) you can try selling that or giving that a as a collateral if anybody wants to give you a loan. That is pretty much all I can think of.

So, if you're just going there for a weekend and you have a steady income here and access to money once you get there, why can't you just ask for some cash in advance from your local employer here and secure the funds to pay him/her back the following week?
Even borrowing money from a co-worker and bringing in a Mac or another electronic gizmo on your return trip should cover it almost immediately.
You will also be able to retrieve your CC and live happily everafter.
