If only one person can be president for a country to survive, then the country needs to scrap its entire system and start all over again. I would think that limiting anyone to one 4-year term in their entire life would be a good idea for any country.

David Stockman makes the argument in his new book that all terms in the US should be limited to 6 years and no more. This would take a lot of the dirty money out of the system since these guys wouldn't be out raising funds for their reelection campaigns.
