I heard the same rumor the doctors at the Otamendi Clinic had inserted a chip on her brain in august but it malfunctioned and had to be reprogramed??

Looks like she knocked her head when she walked into a wall at the last election....a wall called 'reality'. I have no sympathy for her, her hubby ignored the doctor's advice & suffered the consequences soon after, she's the same & is most probably consciously or unconsciously seeking sympathy & attention again. Like her dead hubby she's a control freak who's obsessed with concentrating all the political power she can & is unlikely to rest for very long. I wouldn't trust anything the 'INDEC doctor$' tell us, I'd only be interested in the diagnosis provided by a team of independent medical specialists.

If the bipolar rumours are true, I bet it's a re-tweaking of meds... they mentioned something about stress in the reports on the television last night, so wouldn't be surprised if she had a bit of a breakdown.
