While 3 months ago it was still possible to exit the boat, rush to the ATM (Discount Bank) & find only 1 or 2 people in front of you, now there are plenty of Argentineans as well, with cards of all their friends, so the wait can be very long, and probability is higher to have a problem with the ATM itself.

So have some Uruguayan pesos ready, exit the boat among the first, take a cab and rush!

There is an ATM at the mall, that's usually not that crowded as everyone seems to go to ciudad vieja.
