Chusmear is not unusual in Argentine slang, though you'd rarely find it written anywhere respectable. It's basically a combination of husmear and chismear.
Maybe you mean 'chanta' one or 'chantas' more than one.
chanta [m, f] [derogatory]: a deceiver, a cheater, a swindler, someone known to perform dishonest practices. Derivatives chantún/a [m, f], and chantada [f] the act of such a person.
