Current Human Rights Violations In Argentina

Its free if you don't have a job and are unable to pay tax.
Its a system that gives the same treatment to the poor and the rich.

In a heavily taxed society, the poor are still directly and indirectly paying taxes whenever they purchase something. It may equalize the treatment of poor and rich, but let's be honest and recognize that we all pay for it, rich and poor. It also creates an incentive to be poor or conversely takes away part of the incentive or means to be productive, and increases the systemic cost of healthcare.

Giving people an equal start in life will be a much greater 'incentive' than anything.

How is a child from a poor family meant to break the cycle of poverty if they receive worse healthcare than the rich, worse education...
After all the young haven't had time to pay their taxes.

These are important questions, and I do agree that certain basic things would best be universally available in a free society. Exactly what those things should be, and how they would be provided is an important question. I am still seeking the answer. In the meantime, I was more addressing the earlier point that these things are definitely not free, not even to the poor. Somebody must pay for these things, and if the means of paying for them are not efficient, the system can actually contribute to locking people into a state of poverty.

The JamJam must be eradicated!

Ah and the hate towards the 'socialists' starts. The UK has an even bigger access free health care and you can still buy dollars. And none of it is seen as a 'perk'. Free healthcare should be a right. (perhaps thats why the Argentine girls like the English ;)

As for buying dollars well thats not a human right but I can see where she is coming from.

Perhaps you should follow the thread, rather than responding to one comment in the middle. I was far from expressing "hate towards the socialists" as you phrase it, merely pointing out that one does see the "socialist" benefits from tax dollars paid in Argentina.

I think we can all see through your thinly veiled sneer.
