Probably not.

Last year there was a guy posting here that he would give you dollars here for making a transfer into a US bank account. A lot of Argentines obviously would like to get their money offshore before the government confiscates it. If you know an Argentine or resident who wants to do this, and whom you trust, it would be a good option.
