Did I miss Nov dinner also? When is next dinner please?

I missed the dinners in September and October since I was under the weather both times. But what happened in November? Is anyone willing to gather soon before the end-of-the-year crush?
How about the venue? I suggest returning to whichever restaurant had the best post-event comments, to make sure it works out nicely.
