DNI, residence permit, black-white work? HELP!

Hi everyone!
Because of felling in love I decided to stay in B.A.
I spent 2 month here as a tourist but now I run out of money and I need to start to work.
My profession is aerobic(Zumba) and many other style/ and personal trainer.
Studied as a journalist

So I wonder how to start things here?
Should I go to imigratio office? What happens if I start to work black? How can I get a work permit if I don't have a contract yet with any bank?
Should I think of getting a residence permit already?

How did you do it in the beginning?
I know that is very difficult even if you come here with an existing contract, so I can imagibe that it is a hell to start from nothing.
What is hell like?
