Doctor needed.

I am looking for a doctor, in the san telmo or palermo areas if possible but will travel if one comes highly reccomended. I wanted to get a general physical done and also just feel its important to have a doctor before you really need one. If anyone could reccomend someone to me I would be really grateful.
