Today the rates are almost the same? , what should local tourists do to travel ? buy at the cuevas and face an AFIP check and bank problems and fees?

Well for Expats makes no difference if using foreign CC?

Since I'm headed on vacation to Chile soon and possibly Brasil I asked myself the same question. I give AFIP/ANSES
too much as it is and I'd rather use caves then give Cristina the satisfaction of a 35% tax, not to mention the pain in
the ass getting the ok is.

I would buy blue. If for some reason the devalue over 8, with cc it will be more expensive. Blue or Arg DEBIT card tht guarantees the rate.
