We had the same problem, but we are on the 3rd fl of a condo. The plumber came ( and there are different types of plumber, and they DO NOT mix jobs) with a powerful motor and I think reverse pump. Anyway, he pulled out huge boulders of concrete and of course hair. I think so much stuff gets into the drains during construction, eventually working it's way down, along with washing machine yuk and hair. Okay, sooo I don't have his name, but he came from Gustavo, our consorcio. I will give you his # if you want and ask about the plumber. We are not in BsAs at the moment.
