With 97% of the voting counted, this link http://www.lanacion.com.ar/1839396-elecciones-2015-resultados-en-vivo-por-provincia-municipio-y-comuna says that Scioli won BA Province roughly 37% to Macri's 33%.

Macri was up two points overall (the whole country) about midnight or so, but I watched it change the other way over the next couple of hours.

Massa said last night that he would support whoever won BA Province...
