Entering Argentina with a DNI (Permanent Residence) current requirements?

Going by what I read on an airline website, there is no longer a vaccination requirement for residents. It also seems that Covid tests are not required and that there is no requirement to prove health insurance that covers Covid (apparently still required for tourists). Is this all correct? I know that airline employees can be confused and one of my concerns is that at check in these rules, assuming correct, will not be understood. Has anyone (with Permanent DNI) had a recent experience leaving the US for Argentina?
