Sorry, just had to do that... I've been here about 10 years and have only seen the typical chorizos found in the supermarkets.. Not a hint of andouille, or okra, however I dont go out looking too hard anymore as it has been a waste of time.. Forum member, NOLAchef may have some info for you.. good luck..

Okra shouldn't be too hard to find if you know where to look when it's in season - two places that come to mind are the supermarkets in Chinatown and the verduleria on Larrea between Juncal and French, if you are in Recoleta.

Can't help you with the sausages, as I am a vegetarian.
