Macri is the right. He and his team has a corporation background. If you know something of politics, you should know that every government governs for somebody, so if you have, lets say, a very bloody dictatorship, or Menemismo, both national poverty factories, bringing a lot of new social problems, derivate from poverty and de-industrialization, with people murdered, disappeared, unemployment 25%, etc, you may ask: who do these people govern for? The answer is, the tiny weeny group of powerful people, international corporations and the national concentrated capital linked to them, like the Macri group. Macri is a corporation guy. When I used to work for him, back in 2004, the 2001 crisis was still very fresh and poverty was like 50%, so we had to present reports every week, and we couldn’t say the cause of the crisis was neoliberalismo or menemismo!!! He is soooooooo different in his world view!! He sees poverty as a matter of choice, he thinks the people as rational agents who pick wrong, he thinks poverty as an election, as a choice!!!

So different…..!!!

But now, having this situation of a semi leftist government with 40% of acceptance after 12 years, and being peronismo sooo important in every election this country has, you just cant present yourself as an successful entrepreneur, as a CEO, as a corporate man. That is, with a lot of luck, 15% of votes. So you must conquer other votes, where from? From peronismo, of course. So what he said once on not agreeing with YPF nationalization, now turns he support the national YPF, or Aerolineas, etc. He cant say he would privatize them cause that is, as we say in Spanish, piantavotos. Losing votes.

So we have this (the exact opposite of what he once declared), only because he is at campaign, only to conquer peronists votes, only to get the vote.

He will eliminate every social plan, including AUH, de-industrialize, as Menemismo and dictatorship, he will cool down economy, returning the exclusion, people outside the system, marginalization, etc, that will cut the demand, he will cool out the inflation situation, because, as I said many times here, we have a demand inflation, its lots of people being include in the system and not being corresponded with investment what creates this inflation.

By the way, the correct answer is Menem, who (consequences be damned) is the only Argentine president to have brought inflation under control.
