Eyebrow waxing

Hello Ladies:
I was just wondering if anyone can recommend a good and reasonably priced place where they wax, tweeze or thread eyebrows? I have fine, blonde eyebrows so I need someone who knows their stuff.. Also, if they do bikini waxing then that would be amazing as well.

I always go to the Cerini on Marcelo T (Barrio Norte) for everything from color to brows -- always do an excellent job and are very reasonably priced. Great value!

um... i can't - i do it myself.
but i can recommend you: if you do it, pick tweezers, not wax

I second ESSJinBA, I always go to Cerini for leg and bikini waxing, they are fast and efficient, and I'm normally pleased with the results. I don't do brows, though so can't comment on that.
