Farmers/produce Markets???

I will find something outrageous to bring home to spin my partner out..bound to be a piece of gizzard or veg that I haven't tried before somewhere. I'm surprised with all the nationalities & rural areas close by that there isn't some form of a market for them to sell their little home made goodies & if not then someone should look at starting one. Not me though I don't have the local knowledge for that.

The farme's market is at the mercado central. Search in this forum "is food really so expensive" that there you have a lot of info, prices and pictures. Regards

Off to the monthly market at Serrano Plaza...lets see what this has to offer. Massive hangover with a fantastic pineapple cocktail for breakfast so this could get interesting.

also in palerom at the rose dal is the organic market! it doesn't happen frequently, like every 6 months or something, so i definitely recommend you give it a go! good food although not deep fried for a hang over!

Every saturday morning there is a very good farmer's market in palermo soho, on nicaragua at plaza armenia (plaza palermo viejo). It's a real neighborhood thing. Great vegetables, fish, eggs, spices, cheeses.... go early, it's very popular.
