Sergio, when you say that you are having problems with email are you talking about your fibertel email account? That would point to a problem with their mail service that would require you calling them.

I have been having problems sporadically with the service dropping for a few hours a couple of times a month. I am online 24/7 and Fibertel has been pretty reliable for me in my part of the city.

For me in Recoleta fibertel work perfect so maybe they are doing some infrastructure work in your neighborhood
