Be very careful of buying used vehicles with automatic transmissions. These "modern" trannies are not well understood, grossly abused, and poorly serviced. The very few places that can work on them will charge you a fortune for parts and labor. It's best to buy new.
I hear ya on that I'm sure 10 fold for Argentina, great to have future father in law operates mechanics/service garage if I do get the chance to get a vehicle there.
Bathrooms can be a pain no doubt I tend to keep an eye out for bathrooms that work I usually don't have that hard of a time but even a McDonald's I went to had a handicap bathroom that was upstairs that was a deff a wtf moment lol
