Fines (Multas) On The Highway.

Because they want money. I think we all know it's not about traffic safety. I see toddlers wedged between 2 adults on a motorcycle (none of them wearing helmets by the way) all the time.

In the (Andean) Northwest, I've seen five on a scooter with no helmets, including a babe in arms. In Jujuy, they won't fill the tank for a driver without a helmet, so the father leaves the wife and kids a block away and then picks them up afterward.

GB, where did you get the helmet stickers? I need to get them for mine as well..

PS, yesterday I went to Entre Rios with a couple other guys for lunch and afterwards, I thought about you, should have written to see if you would like to go.. Anyway, maybe next time. It was a nice ride, a little cold in the morning though..

I got them from a bloke in Olivos, black letters on a reflective background and they look smart, if that isn't an oxymoron in itself.
Definitely up for a ride out, if i can keep up, that is....
