Fishing trip?

I have an avid fisherman coming to visit and I'd like to arrange a day trip on a boat. Any suggestions? I realize it'll likely mean a trip to one of the coastal towns but that's not a problem.
 
Not one day, but Parana River for Freshwater Dorado. In a league all of its own. Think it is catch and release.
