First time poster, long time reader...

My boyfriend and I are looking for a modest, furnished flat somewhere in beautiful San Telmo. If anyone knows of anything, or even of any leads, they would be most appreciated. We're happy to pay back any successful leads in booze, or 'karma'

try bytargentina.com. my boyfriend and i have been in one of their apartments for about a week and a half, and are staying until mid-december. so far so good! there are positive reviews on their site as well. good luck!
