Flu? What To Do?

I visually never get sick but this must be the flu. Started after a nightmare trip here on AA.


My temp 38, headache, a little congestion but more dry, occasional cough. Slight weakness. Taking something called Oura Plus every eight hours, lots of liquid, resting.

Any suggestions?

Are you sure you didn't get bitten by an infected mosquito? If I were you, I'd get a doctor.

Yikes, sorry to hear that you're under the weather! I guess that it's just one of those things that will simply take time to recover from.
Apart from the Cura Plus that you are taking (good choice as a med), I suppose that your best bet is to continue to rest as much as you can and drink, drink, drink your liquids. If your symptoms pr fever worsen, then I would recommend going to a doctor to be on the safe side.

There is some flu going around if that's any consolation and my mum used to say 'feed a cold and starve a fever.'

Nope, there is a medicine sold as over the counter tablets called "Cura Plus." It is good for flu like symptoms. One of the side effects (which might be a positive in your case) is that it can make you drowsy/sleepy. I am not familiar with Oura Plus, is it any good?

there is a nasty bug going around in the US. starts in the throat, fever, and chest infection. it starts to go away after a couple weeks and comes right back. been fighting it for 2 months now. its like a mrsa virus. i usually don't get sick either.
