Need to find medical supply store, braces for ankle/elbow/back, TENS unit fluid

Mercado Libre is not an option for me yet. My partner has a chronic, and possibly deteriorating condition. She used to only need ankle braces, but they need to be replaced, and she needs them for basically her whole body now. She also needs fluid for her TENS unit. I have never seen this stuff at Farmacity. Where would I find it? I think we're looking for some kind of medical supply store.
