Fly / spinner fishing - where should I go?

We stayed at the Hosteria Paimun which is on Lago Paimun (near Junin de los Andes) btwn Xmas-NYE so the SO could do some fly fishing. His family goes there several times a year to fish. It's absolutely gorgeous. The hotel is in the national park. There were lots of camp grounds there as well. Absolutely gorgeous there and great fishing.

Once you are in the park, you feel like you are in a different world. The hotel has a generator so they have lights available at night but no tv, no phone, no cell service, etc.

That photo is lovely, is that Volcan Lanin in the background?

I've got a friend who runs a fishing outfitters in San Martin de Los Andes, and another who owns a hefty estancia that commands several Km of prime river near Junin de Los Andes. I plan on hitting these up.
First though I wanted to explore the trout in Sierras de las Ventanas and Cordoba, and to try out Dorado on the fly in Corrientes.
