Food / Ingredients Directory?

Given that we see so many newcomers to BA (and plenty of veterans who don't get out much) asking the same questions or complaining about things that are impossible to find in BA, it would be very useful to create a directory that remained as the first post in the food section. Perhaps separated by what you can get delivered and what you have to go and pick up, with the respective contact details of each provider. For instance, I have providers of the following:

English style bacon (deliver)
German sausages (deliver)
Norwegian Salmon, spanish octopus, fresh prawns (deliver)
Patagonian lamb (deliver)
Texas BBQ - vacuum sealed ribs, brisket etc. (deliver)
The best chocolates in BA (and highly rateable by international standards)
Greek Yogurt
etc.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think his Texan BBQ delivery hookup is coming from El Tejano... no?
