In other news, you can get a Telepase transponder at Piedras 1260 with just a passport (No DNI). They require a local debit card, the one I got from Banco Provincia with no DNI seems to have worked. A number of Telepase workers at other locations told me it couldn't be done, so don't take no for an answer. I imagine the Telepase-only freeway exits will get connected to this system at some point.
